About 20 children of 3 to 6 years old come to the club twice a week, on Saturdays and Sundays. The club has been opened in December 2003. It permits parents to attend to their business peacefully while professional pedagogues watch their children.

The club approaches the children’s pastime seriously and creatively. They are treated in an actively educational and entertaining way. Choreography, plasticity and cooking lessons, various games, reading of books, picture, song and dance contests etc. are arranged.

Apart from stimulating the children’s mental faculties and creative abilities, the pedagogues attempt to develop their need for healthy living. Sunday hours are therefore spent in the swimming pool, where a professional swimming instructor works with the children.

The children’s interest in Jewish history and culture is encouraged. They are introduced to the Jewish world by tradition-based activities, Havdalah (Shabbat ending) ceremonies and holidays. The children actively participate in the preparation of the events, learning new songs for every holiday and singing them with their teachers and parents.

The educational process is organized so that initiative, independence and creativity are promoted. It is important that an interesting and entertaining shape of games, contests, theatrical and other activities is chosen. The club seeks thus to create a becoming, friendly atmosphere of trust, communication, learning and self-expressing.
